Bay Area Elite Player Registration

New Player orientation/ registration is Sunday Feb 2, 2025, at 4 pm 

Returning players can proceed with registration below on Jan 18, 2025. 

 

All Players need the following on file They will be uploaded on the registration form:

  1. Copy of Birth Certificate
  2. Copy of Report Card 
  3. Recent Photo or snap a picture
  4. Uniform Order (Were applicable) 
  5. Payments can be made on the form or through check. cash. money order. or cash app. (check or money order made out to: Bay Area Elite)

You can start early by completing the online registration and waiver forms below. 

START HERE -- Registration Form (This form will allow you to upload documents, submit and pay order forms, pay annual memberships, pay deposits, and full player fees:(Note: if you would like payment plans for players select to pay the annual membership and the required grade level deposit only through the form/ cashapp/Venmo, Zelle, cash, check, or money order. Then proceed to the next yellow section below by Feb 23rd) . If you are a returning player and need assistance with this we can help you during tryouts.. 

PLAYER MONTHLY PAYMENT PLANS -- Stop before you start payment plans fill out the registration form above (Take care of your annual membership, REQUIRED DEPOSIT FOR YOUR GRADE LEVEL and uniform requirements first).

After you complete the above portion you must start the payment plan below no later than Feb 23rd. We will be available to assist with this at practice and during player registration on Feb 2nd.
